Lead Controls Engineer/Project Manager
Position will be responsible for providing hands-on technical capabilities as well as multi-disciplined project management of controls engineering projects. Position will coordinate and execute design and programming of PLC, HMI, VFD, and Servo Motion projects (Allen Bradley Rockwell platform required Siemens and Modicon systems a plus. From hardware design, software programming through construction start-up. Acceptable candidates will possess a BSEE or BSME (MN PE registration a plus) as well as 10+ years experience (including 5+ years as project manager). Web handling, coating, resin handling, chemical processing, converting experience a plus.
Controls Engineer
Position has the responsibilities of providing hardware specification and software design for systems integration projects in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities will be executing and coordinating the design and programming of PLC, HMI, VFD, and related projects from hardware design and software programming through construction/checkout and start-up. Estimating experience is a must, Allen-Bradley and Rockwell software. Siemens, Modicon systems, and Servo drive experience a plus. BSEE or BSME with 7+ years of Controls Engineering experience. PE preferred;
Senior Electrical Designer
Senior Process Electrical Designer primarily dedicated to working on industrial projects. Hazardous area systems work including directing the efforts to provide the clients on Electrical Area Classification of their plant site using NFPA guidelines; process electrical engineering/design including power distribution, process control systems, lighting, lightning protection, grounding systems, emergency/stand-by power systems, etc. including specifying associated electrical hardware/equipment needed for the installations; on-site field support including contractor pre-bid job walks, contractor pre-construction job walks and construction/field engineering support; electrical estimating and preparation of engineering proposals; QA/QC review of project and engineering proposals. AS or Equiv. with 10+ years of Process electrical design experience with the last 3+ years in a leadership role.
