An All‑Company Celebration

ESOP Stock Value Reveal Day brought employee owners together across offices for an all‑company meeting, team lunches, and the premiere of our annual ESOP video. From the start, the day had a celebratory feel and gave everyone a chance to pause and enjoy being part of an employee‑owned company.
During the company meeting, leadership shared some 2025 highlights and talked about where 2026 is headed. We also recognized winners from several recent employee engagement competitions that added a lot of fun and friendly competition throughout the year. These included some sports-themed contests, an ESOP T‑shirt slogan contest, and our traditional ‘Guess the Stock Value Contest.’
Many offices wrapped up the celebration with a team lunch, giving employee owners time to connect, catch up, and celebrate together.

And the ESOP Video Award goes to…

One of the biggest highlights of the day was the premiere of this year’s ESOP Communication Committee video. This year’s video theme was: ‘ESOP Video Awards’. The video was staged like an awards show and included employee owners acting out ESOP-themed spoofs of iconic movie scenes.
The ESOP video generates considerable buzz each year, and this year’s production was no exception. Special thanks to Cody Rogness, whose videography and editing once again brought the concept to life and made for a memorable viewing experience.

Celebrating Newly 100% Vested Employee Owners

Another meaningful moment of ESOP Stock Value Reveal Day was recognizing employee owners who recently became 100% vested in the Vistal ESOP. Over the past month, 17 employee owners reached this milestone and received their ESOP vests in recognition of their time, dedication, and commitment to the Vistal ESOP.
