David Pacella has joined Vistal as Chief Operating Officer. With a distinguished leadership and engineering career spanning more than four decades, David brings extensive leadership experience in operations, strategic planning, acquisitions, business development, marketing, technology, and organizational transformation across diverse industries.
His expertise in continuous improvement, lean transformations, process optimization, and financial management has consistently elevated efficiency and profitability in every organization he has served.
David’s career has spanned the design, service, and manufacturing industries, including executive leadership positions at DFC Company, Varistar, Gulf Chemical & Metallurgical Corp., Armstrong World Industries, and LTV Steel Company.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, David also earned a master’s degree in management (now the MBA program) from Purdue University.
